Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your NOVYA pants. If they're not right for you, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at novyasupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to return the item.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help you place a new order. Once your return is received, we'll refund the original item.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
